Conference Venue
The CCSC 2026 will take place at Friedrich-Alexander-University in the Department of Chemistry, in lecture hall C1,
at Nikolaus-Fiebiger-Straße 10, 91058 Erlangen, Germany.
Erlangen is a popular small city especially amongst young people, not only culturally but also because it provides numerous career opportunities in academic and industrial research or development.
It's home to the headquarter of Siemens Healthineers, the FAU and has a Max-Planck and a Frauenhofer Institue. Many renowned scientists hail from the FAU, such as Emmy Noether, Hermann E. Fischer, Justus von Liebig, Georg S. Ohm and many others.
Today, it is a city known for its history of great scientific and medical achievements and a promising future filled with many more breakthroughs.
Travel
The closest airports are Frankfurt Int. Airport (FRA), Munich Int. Airport (MUC) and Nuremberg Airport (NUE).
From MUC, a direct train is available to Erlangen, whereas from FRA, regular train connections require a transfer at Nuremberg Central Station, with a total travel time of approximately 2.5 hours.
From Nuremberg, you can either take Bus Line 30 (direction: Erlangen Arcaden) from NUE Airport or travel by train from Nuremberg Central Station to Erlangen.

The conference venue will be held at the Scientific Faculty at the Chemikum in the south of Erlangen.
There are numerous buses that lead to the conference venue.
